Environmental Action Academy Program

The Environmental Action Academy (EAA) supports emerging environmental educators, advocates, and entrepreneurs in leading change in their communities in Southern Iraq specifically in Maysan, Muthana, Basra, and Thi Qar provinces. The one-year program provides participants a series of virtual and in-person training to deepen their knowledge, skills, and networks in climate impact mitigation. The Academy also provides support for participants to design, create, and implement community-based initiatives that address local environmental issues.
