Women in Workforce and Leadership Program

The Women in Workforce and Leadership training series is designed to bolster technical skills and provide leadership development and networking opportunities for mid-career female leaders across Iraq who support career development, leadership, and work readiness training for youth. Through this training initiative, this highly skilled group of women leaders will adapt training ideas, networking strategies and mentoring for young women into actionable programs and models. The goal is that this cohort of women leaders provides high impact career services, workforce training and industry networking for all youth while being positioned to use their voice and experience to advocate for removal of barriers to employment for young women in Iraq.
